Mr E A R Jones FRICS FAAV is a consultant with the company with a lifetimes experience in all matters professional and was originally senior partner of John Francis who at the time had 14 offices and 10 agricultural markets prior to the sale of the business to Halifax Plc in 1988. He is a past national president of major land sales for residential development and inherence and capital gains tax valuations, president of the Central Association of Agricultural valuers and until his retirement was a member of the Lord Chancellors Panel of Agricultural Valuers. He has extensive knowledge of road widening and improvement schemes and has dealt with the majority for agricultural properties affected by the M4 and the improved dual carriageway from Penllergaer in Swansea to St Clears. He is also an experienced valuer of all classes of property throughout South West Wales and also has recently been involved with Easement and compensation issues arising from the construction of the National Grid Pipeline from Milford Haven to Brecon.
